Using Cherry Music Mobile Features:
To use mobile features of Cherry Music Music Service, you must consent to a) the use of your phone, computer or tablet location information to your Cherry Music friends; b) receive text messages; and c) pay carrier data, messaging, and other fees resulting from Cherry Music usage. Data plans are required to use Cherry Music mobile apps. Standard data charges, fees, and taxes will apply.
Cherry Music does not store a users’ latitude or longitude information. Cherry Music accesses the mobile device’s latitude and longitude data to verify that the user is within an acceptable radius of a Cherry Music venue. Once verified, the Cherry Music system allows the user to check in to that nearby venue, and will display a list of other nearby Cherry Music-installed venues. A users’ latitude and longitude data are not shared through the service.
User-Provided Information:
When you provide us information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc., if you register for an account with the Cherry Music Music App or Cherry Music Manager Website. When using Cherry Music apps, you may also provide certain other business information and content, like postal code, Cherry Music check-ins, song votes, playlist picks, avatar pictures, and other music preferences, which will not be publicly displayed to other Cherry Music users and on any third-party sites and services.
Cookies Information:
When you visit https://cherrymusic.com, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets Cherry Music help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. We may also use your email address or mobile phone number to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of the Cherry Music service, or special offers. Opting out may prevent you from receiving messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. You may not opt out of Cherry Music service-related emails. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages and our responses.
